We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a long-term commercial project in Lincoln. This role involves overseeing mechanical installations on a live site, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical installation teams, including subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures
- Monitor installation quality and adherence to project specifications
- Coordinate with electrical and other trade supervisors
- Manage daily site activities and ensure programme targets are met
- Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on-site
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mechanical supervision within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of HVAC, pipework, and mechanical systems
- Experience working in live environments
- Relevant CSCS/Skill card
- Enhanced DBS required
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams
