Smart Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 3–19 with complex needs, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Autism, and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) across two specialist school sites in Dudley.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs in a nurturing and supportive specialist setting.
About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide personalised support tailored to each pupil’s individual needs. The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping to develop communication, independence, confidence, and life skills.
