Project Manager – Immediate Start – North London

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a major project based in North London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality projects in challenging live environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the project through to completion, ensuring programme, quality, safety, and client expectations are achieved throughout.

This position offers a minimum of 12 months' work on the current scheme, with a number of additional projects already secured across the South East, providing long-term opportunities for the right individual. We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware Project Manager who can effectively manage site teams, subcontractors, stakeholders, and client relationships while maintaining the highest standards of project delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector
• Live environment experience is essential
• Healthcare project experience is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, programme management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships effectively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

The Role:

• Oversee the delivery of a live environment construction project from inception through to completion
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
• Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction

Location: North London
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Minimum 12 months, with further opportunities across the South East
Rate: DOE (Dependent on Experience)
