Duties

• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
• Upsell relevant products or services during customer interactions to enhance sales opportunities.
• Analyse customer feedback and queries to identify common issues and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and share best practices.
• Follow company protocols for complaint handling and escalation procedures.
• Support the onboarding of new customers by providing clear guidance and assistance.
